Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to register for KIIJEWELRY account, or you must be old enough to have the ability to sign a contract in the place where you live. If you are under the age of 18, you cannot use KIIJEWELRY products without the consent of your parents or guardian (on behalf of you, you agree that you will comply with the terms of service).

You need to select an email or mobile phone number and set a password to register before you can use KIIJEWERRY. Your information will be collected and disclosed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy. All users must provide true and accurate information when registering our website or service. Do not use invalid or other people’s mobile phone numbers and e-mail, because this will reduce the security of your account.

We reserve the right to verify all user information and reject any user. You should be responsible for all activities in your account and keep your password confidential. The user’s behavior of using this website after logging in through account number, password and SMS verification code is considered as the user’s own behavior, and the user shall bear the relevant consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom.

You may not use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. When you use the software, you must not violate any law (including but not limited to copyright law) and any other applicable legal provisions of your jurisdiction.

Prohibited acts

You shall comply with the provisions of any applicable laws and regulations, and shall not use KIIJEWELRY’s services and accounts to carry out the following activities, including but not limited to, or provide convenience for:

(1) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, harming national honor and interests;

(2) Propagandizing heresy and feudal superstition;

(3) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;

(4) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, harassment, vulgarity or abetting crimes;

(5) Insult or slander others and infringe upon their lawful rights and interests;

(6) Infringe the lawful rights of others such as intellectual property and trade secrets;

(7) Making up facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

(8) Carrying out illegal Internet activities such as gambling and gambling games;

(9) Destroy the normal operation of the software system or website, intentionally spread destructive programs such as computer viruses;

(10) Any other act endangering the security of computer information network;

(11) Other acts violating public order and good customs or prohibited by laws and regulations;

You promise that you will not use any kind of software or equipment (whether manual or automatic) to “crawl” or “spider” any part of KIIJEWELRY, nor will you disassemble or reverse engineer any part of KIIJEWELRY.

You understand and agree that if you implement any prohibited act of this agreement, or use KIIJEWELRY software and services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or have other violations of this agreement, KIIJEWELRY has the right to punish the violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement based on reasonable judgment, and take appropriate legal actions against any users who violate the laws and regulations, And keep relevant information and report to relevant departments according to laws and regulations. You shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

You understand and agree that you shall be independently responsible for any claim, demand or loss claimed by a third party due to your violation of this Agreement or relevant service terms; If KIIJEWELRY suffers losses as a result, you should also compensate. If KIIJEWELRY has assumed the relevant responsibilities due to the effective judgment, award, etc., KIIJEWELRY has the right to recover the full amount from you.

Fee clause

Please visit our payment policy page to find out the prices and latest offers of all our services. Some functions of KIIJEWELRY are free, and some functions can only be used for a fee. If you agree to our payment policy and order related functions, you promise to pay for related functions. The price of all services (including but not limited to the monthly subscription plan fee of software) may change. Price changes will be posted to the software itself.

We reserve the right to change or terminate the service (or any part thereof) at any time or from time to time without notice. KIIJEWELRY is not responsible for any modification, price change, suspension or termination of the service by you or any third party.

Refund Policy

1. Users can select the corresponding services in the KIIJEWELRY package according to their own needs. Once the corresponding service is selected, it will be binding on users;
2. The services provided by KIIJEWELRY include paid services and free services, which are subject to the information released by KIIJEWELRY;
3. KIIJEWELRY’s charging service, service price and service period are freely selected by customers;
4. Users should fully understand the functions and application scenarios of KIIJEWELRY before paying. KIIJEWELRY only supports users to apply for refunds within 24 hours after purchasing the KIIJEWELRY charging service, and no refunds will be made after more than 24 hours. The time will be counted after the purchase is successful;
5. Users should fully understand the functions and application scenarios of KIIJEWELRY before upgrading or renewing the payment of KIIJEWELRY charging service. It is also deemed to recognize our KIIJEWELRY platform. After the KIIJEWELRY charging service upgrade or renewal settlement is successful, no refund can be applied for other than KIIJEWELRY reasons;

Terms and Termination

This agreement will come into effect on the date you accept the terms of use, and will be valid for an indefinite period until either party terminates it. KIIJEWELRY has the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason. The termination of the service will cause your account to be deactivated or deleted or your access to the account to be restricted, and the deletion or removal of all contents in the account. KIIJEWELRY will not assume any liability for compensation. KIIJEWELRY reserves the right to refuse to provide services to anyone at any time for any reason.

You can contact us at any time through customer service on the official website. Please note that after the account is terminated, access to some parts of our website or services may be immediately prohibited. We can terminate this agreement with you if we determine that:

1. You have violated any applicable laws when using our website or service;
2. You violate this agreement or the terms allowed by the website or service;
3. We believe that any of your actions will legally damage our business interests;

If terminated, we will try to provide you with a timely explanation, but this is not necessary.

intellectual property right
